Temiz Social Media
Problem:
Temiz is an online shoe-care and dry cleaning service. Before we took over its social media management, the brand was like one of its competitors: a monochrome Instagram profile with a ton of before & after posts. They wanted to expand their communication way to be more human and attractive.
What we have done?
We changed the social media language for a younger brand image. We found new and relevant topics to create more interesting contents. Our main concepts about cleaning and transformation. We created a unique way to communicate with the audience and new content formats. The new communication strategy is more humorous and we often give references to popular culture for connection with the audiences’ daily lives.
Engagement rate increased above 100% in 6 months and Temiz has 70% more followers now. Also, thanks to our new reels based strategy, millions of people interacted with their branded content.
